What's New
Provi is consistently working to present the most relevant product to buyers. One of the ways that we do this is through the use of carousels on product pages. We have recently made the following updates to product page carousels to improve the relevance of the items shown:
- “Stock up on more” carousel is now based on the subcategory of products shown on the page. This means that the carousel will instead be titled: “Stock up on more [Subcategory].”
- Products from connected distributors (“My Distributors”) are boosted in carousel results. Product results that are associated with a retailer’s “My Distributors” are displayed above those that haven’t been associated yet when prioritizing recommendations. “My Distributors” are identified when buyers visit their Account Settings page.
- Organic carousel results are now shown before sponsored carousel results. Buyers will now see two organic results and then up to two Sponsored Ad Products (when applicable).
