To edit your name, phone number, email, or profile picture, click on your name in the top right corner of your screen from anywhere on the site.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu. From here, you can edit your contact details or update your photo.
When you're finished making changes, click on the blue button.
To change your email address, select the button from the panel on the left hand side of your screen. Enter your new email address, click the blue button, and a confirmation email will be sent to that address to verify ownership of the account. Click on the link in the email you receive to confirm. If you don't receive an email within a few hours, check your spam folder. If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you see the following message when trying to update your email:
you will need to reach out to your manager to update this information in your company's internal systems.
If you need to update your password, you can do so by clicking the button on the left hand panel. This will open a new page, where you will need to enter your current password in the first field, and the new password into the second and third fields.
Click the blue button to make this change. If you are unsure of your current password, you will need to log out of SevenFifty and click the Forgot Password button. Please contact support if you are experiencing further password difficulties.
