How do I change the recipient of a verification request?

If you have sent a verification request to the incorrect email, or the recipient has changed, you can send a new request from the Pending requests page (see Screen_Shot_2017-08-29_at_15.41.59__1_.png button on left-hand side of page.) On that page will be a list of all the buyers you’ve sent a verification request to who have yet to respond. Click Screen_Shot_2017-08-29_at_3.43.28_PM.png to open your mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, etc.) and send a verification request to a new recipient. This will not change the name found under pending requests immediately, but as soon as the correct recipient receives the request and accepts it, you’ll see the change reflected in your accounts.
