We are connecting the distributor rep-facing Sample Sheets and Lists on Sevenfifty with the buyer-facing Sell Sheets on Provi.
Sample Sheets and Lists created in SevenFifty are now shoppable on Provi. When a buyer opens the unique link for the Sample Sheet/List it will automatically save to their account, so they can reference your recommendations when they are ready to order.
How it works
Rep's can create sample sheets and list as usual, and share them with your buyer. When the buyer visits the unique Provi link for the Sample Sheet/List it will automatically open within their Provi account for easy purchasing. Here are the ways you can share that Provi link with them:
- On Sevenfifty Lists, you can view the shareable link by clicking “Get shareable link”, and then copying the Provi shareable link and sending it to your customer.
- On Sevenfifty Sample Sheets, you can share sample sheets through email as usual, but that email will now contain a link to your recommended products.
- When you download a Sample Sheet or List as PDFs, you will see a QR code on the PDF that links to the unique URL that your buyer can scan to see the Sample Sheet or List in Provi
When your buyer scans the QR code or clicks the link your Sample Sheet or List will be automatically saved to their “Rep Recommendations” section in Provi.
FAQ's
Q: How is the flow changing for distributor reps?
A: The experience of creating and sending lists and sample sheets is largely remaining unchanged for reps, with the exception of some minor clarifying copy changes within SevenFifty. They will continue to use their tools as they previously have. However, the experience will now be interconnected with Provi, allowing items from lists and sample sheets to be ordered more easily by buyers and creating more value to all parties.
Q: If an item is changed or added to a sample sheet will it reflect in the digital version on Provi?
A: Yes
Q: What if someone is forward planning for their week? I see the calendar, so I am assuming it is still possible to create and save these for other days and not just "today" and "tomorrow"
A: Sales Reps can add a sample sheet for any day but they can only do one per date
A: To create customized PDFs on a single day the rep must tag the specific products to the accounts
Q: In the email send, I saw a link to "full product sheet' and to "digital sheet link" (or something like that. What's the difference?
A: No difference
