We require confirmation of the exact version (e.g. QuickBooks Enterprise 18). Depending on your version, you may find this information in different ways:
- Open QuickBooks. Edition and version are in the title bar (top of the product window).
- Open QuickBooks. Click Help -> About. Edition and version will appear.
- Open QuickBooks. Press F2 to open the Product Information window. Version, edition, and release appear at the top of the window, on the Product line.
- Open QuickBooks. Click on your company name in the top right corner > Your Account > you will see Product Version.
