Now that you’ve completed the edits to your portfolio export, you are ready to upload your file to SevenFifty. Add your file by using the Drag & Drop or Browse.
Set an Effective Date of today, the beginning of next month or a custom date. This date reflects when you want the products to be visible on the marketplace and when products removed the file will no longer appear on the SevenFifty marketplace.
If you have no changes, do not attach a file. Simply click “No updates This Month”. Your current pricing will roll over to the next month.
Once you’ve attached all files and set an effective date, click Upload.
You'll receive a confirmation that your file has successfully uploaded.
As well as a history of your uploads.
New products are sent to our data team’s cleaning and matching process before loading to the SevenFifty marketplace.
SevenFifty standardizes all producer and product information so that information may not appear on the site exactly as it does on the file.
If SevenFifty requires clarifications, you will receive a notice on your SevenFifty dashboard. The cleaning and matching process can take a few business days.
Important Reminders
-
Our system sees every file upload as a complete representation of your entire portfolio. So be sure to always submit your entire portfolio every time, not just the changes.
-
Products removed from the current upload will be set to the ‘end of vintage’.
-
The most recent file submitted will overwrite the existing file.
-
Make sure you send all of the files expected by SevenFifty. Example: If you send files for NY and CA, SevenFifty needs both files at the same time even if there's a change to only one.
-
Only .xlsx or .csv file extensions are accepted.
-
Files are processed automatically by the SevenFifty system. Submitting files that don’t adhere to prescribed update guidelines will result in the file either not loading correctly, or with significant delays.
