About the Accounts tab
The accounts tab is an invaluable tool that allows you to view or manage your active and inactive account assignments and enter notes about each establishment or buyer(s).
But did you know that you can also use it for account prospecting?
Let’s say that you’re looking to add accounts to your roster that you’d like to start developing as leads. You can add them to your roster manually using the license lookup tool and mark them as a ‘lead’.
Or, if the account doesn’t show up in license lookup, you can add the account with just a few quick steps!
Using the license lookup tool to add an account
- Click ‘Add an account’
Search for an account in SevenFifty’s database
- When searching make sure that you’re searching all accounts (leads and live, active and inactive, verified and unverified)
- Search by license number, name, city, or zip code
Pro tip: Add a distinct part of the establishment’s name if the account doesn't show up.
- Select license
- Check the ‘Lead’ box
- Then select ‘Create Account'
Can’t find a license or account in SevenFifty? Add it!
SevenFifty tries to keep license information up-to-date, but sometimes you might need to add the license to your roster.
You can also add accounts that haven’t yet received their liquor license.
Select the ‘click here to add the new account’ in the blue banner
Add account information
- Add account name
- Check lead box
- Add address
- License Number
- Pending, On- or Off-premise
- Create account
Verify your leads
Verified accounts allow you to more easily engage buyers by sharing sample sheets they make it easier for buyers to place orders.
You can send verification requests by ‘sharing’ a sample sheet or ‘request verification’ from your dashboard.
If the buyer is not yet using SevenFifty, sharing the sample sheet or sending a verification request will expedite their signup process. Accounts are only verified when accepted by the buyer.
