The ‘Loaded’ column indicates the product’s status during the matching process. Products in ‘Researching’ are in a queue to be reviewed by a data specialist. Products marked ‘Clarification’ require more information before they can be loaded. Matched products have been ‘loaded’, and will appear on the site if they have an active status and price. ‘Denied’ products have not been loaded to the site for one of the reasons explained below.
* Manually adding products isn’t available to distributor companies that submit automated update files to SevenFifty.
Loaded Statuses
Researching
SevenFifty data specialists match incoming products to SevenFifty product records. A specialist may reach out for clarification if more information is required to properly identify a product. This may include specific geography, style, or appellation. If the product doesn’t exist, a new SevenFifty record will be created.
During the ‘Researching’ phase, products will not appear in Browse or price books. ‘Suggest Correction’ is also not available during this time. Most products are matched within eight hours, after which products will appear in search results and price books. ‘Suggest Correction’ will also appear on the product at that time.
Clarification
These products require clarification before they can be loaded. Vintage and sizing errors also appear here. The data specialist making the request will specify exactly what information is needed in order to load the product. Clarifications will only appear to Data Contacts and can be answered by selecting ‘Product Clarifications’ in the left panel.
Matched
‘Matched’ will appear as the ‘Loaded’ status once a product has been matched to a SevenFifty record or a new SevenFifty record has been created. When ‘Matched’, the product appears in Browse, price books, and ‘Suggestion Correction’ becomes available.
Denied
‘Denied’ indicates that a product has intentionally not been loaded (e.g. private label, distributor instructions). More specific information about why a product wasn’t loaded can be found in the ‘Denied’ tab. For more information see Which products appear in ‘Denied’?
