What is the File Status Page?
The File status page communicates the status of your product/price file within the SevenFifty pipeline once it has been submitted.
What do the different statuses mean?
Submitted files are checked for potential loading issues. Some loading issues include file header changes, missing case sizes, or no prices on file.
Statuses
On the File Status Page, the file status indicates whether the file has been processed or not and whether it requires further attention from the SevenFifty team or the one who submitted the file.
Processing
Processing () indicates that SevenFifty is checking for anomalies and attempting to process the file. The size of the file and the position within the processing queue affects how long the file remains in this state. Most files process within 2 minutes.
Processed
Processed () indicates that product prices and statuses have been loaded and will go into effect as of the Price Effective date indicated on the file or selected during upload. Any new products in your file will be sent to the SevenFifty product cleaning team for standardization.
In Review
Files that are In Review () did not process normally. Someone from the SevenFifty team will be alerted and investigate the cause. If needed, someone from our team will reach out by email to discuss the issue.
Awaiting Resolution
This badge ( ) indicates that SevenFifty encountered an issue that prevented the file from loading and has reached out to the file submitter by email to help with issue resolution. Communication can be done either via email or directly from this page.
