How to add a product
Take the following steps to add a product to your portfolio:
1. In SevenFifty, navigate to the Browse tab. Click the blue 'Add a product' button on the upper right side of the screen.
2. Fill in the appropriate fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Please review the documentation on SevenFifty's product standardization and data policy linked below before creating any new products:

3. After adding a new product, the item will be reviewed by our team and "cleaned" to meet our data standardization policy. The cleaned product will appear in the marketplace within 24-48 hours.
Field Definitions
When navigating to the "Add Product" page, you will see several fields to fill in:

Name* |
Name of the product to be displayed to buyers - learn more in this article |
Vintage | Enter the vintage associated with the product |
Producer* |
Enter who produces the product - see this article for more information |
Product Type* |
Includes product type, subtype, and style, which categorize the product in the marketplace, e.g. Wine - Still - Red |
Country* |
Select the product's country of origin |
Appellation |
Select the product's appellation |
ABV |
Enter the alcohol by volume percentage of the product |
Grapes/Raw Materials |
Enter the raw materials in order of prevalence as noted in this article |
Features |
Select all features that apply, such as biodynamic, organic, sustainable, etc. |
Description |
Enter a description that buyers can review to get quick insights about the product |
Supplier/Importer |
Adding a supplier or importer in this field will create an Active Supplier Relationship for your company. This will appear under the 'Suppliers' tab. |

Select a status for the product which determines how it will display in the marketplace - Active, Limited Availability, Coming Soon, and Deals are all considered "active" for the purpose of being visible by buyers. End of vintage or discontinued products will not display to buyers in the Provi marketplace. |

Include an optional note here to be added to the product when it is displayed in a generated price book |
Container type* |
Select the container type for the product, e.g. bottle, can, gift pack |
Size |
Enter the number associated with the size of the product; for example, a 750 mL bottle would have this field set to "750" |
Size unit |
Select the unit that corresponds with the size entered |
Case size* |
Enter the number of units of this product included in a case |
Full case only |
Check this option if case breaks are not allowed. |
Do not print |
Check this option to exclude this item from your price book PDF |
Hidden |
Check this option if only members of your team should view this product |

How to remove a product
To remove a product from the marketplace, change the product status to either 'Discontinued' or 'End of Vintage'. We recommend using 'End of Vintage if the product is temporarily out of stock but will be returning, and using 'Discontinued' if the product will not be returning to your portfolio.
